The Whole Story
I own and lead User Assistance (UA) for Autonomous Database on Dedicated Exadata Infrastructure (a.k.a. ADB-D). Basically, whatever you see here are either directly or indirectly produced by me. I work closely with the product (service) managers to understand any new feature that comes live for ADB-D and ensure that it reaches the users in an easy to understand and implement format. Predominantly, I focus on ADB-D articles on Oracle Help Center but am also involved in other UA assets such as tutorials, videos, and blogs.
I have been associated with Oracle since 2015 serving different roles, say, curriculum developer, training developer, technical writer, video content developer, and UA developer. I have developed technical courses on PL/SQL, Oracle Application Express, and Data Warehousing for Oracle University (OU), created certification questions for Advanced PL/SQL Certification by OU, delivered Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) on basic and advanced PL/SQL for an overwhelming 2000+ students online!
After writing technical writing for NoSQL Database Cloud Service for a short period, I landed into Oracle’s flagship cloud service, Autonomous Database and handle its UA now.
